2.2 Subscription & payment data

When you purchase a subscription, payments are processed via Wix Payments and/or payment providers supported by Wix. We may receive transaction details such as:

  • Subscription tier, billing cycle, payment status

  • Partial payment identifiers and receipts
    We do not receive or store full payment card details; these are handled by the payment provider.

2.3 Event & ticket data

If you register for or purchase event tickets, we may collect:

  • Ticket purchase details

  • Attendance/entry information

  • Any event-related information you provide

2.4 Communications

  • Messages you send via Wix Chat / Inbox

  • Emails you send to us (e.g., support or early access requests)

  • If you opt in: marketing email preferences

  • Wix.com Ltd. as our website and service platform provider (hosting, forms, members, chat, events, payments tools)

  • Payment providers used by Wix Payments to process transactions

  • Service providers supporting email delivery, analytics, and security (where enabled in Wix)

Wix and its service providers may process data in countries outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) as provided by Wix and its subprocessors.
