Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Last updated: [17 February 2026]
This Withdrawal Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) if you are a consumer in the European Union/EEA.
1. Who this applies to
If you are a consumer (Verbraucher) and you enter into a contract with us online (e.g., subscription purchase or event ticket purchase), you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, subject to the exceptions below.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from:
2.1 Subscriptions / digital services
For subscriptions and other digital services, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day you purchase the subscription), unless an exception applies (see Section 4).
2.2 Event tickets
For event tickets and services provided on a specific date or within a specific period, the right of withdrawal may be excluded (see Section 5).
2.3 (Future) Physical goods
If we later sell physical goods (e.g., members‑only designer items), the withdrawal period generally starts on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods, unless an exception applies. We will publish product‑specific withdrawal information at the time such sales begin.
3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
4. Digital services & subscriptions — early performance and withdrawal consequences
For digital services (including subscriptions and access to paid features), your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected if you request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period.
Where applicable, at checkout you may be asked to:
-
Expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends, and
-
Acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and/or that you may owe payment for services provided up to the time of withdrawal (as applicable under German law).
5. Events and tickets — exclusion of withdrawal right
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for contracts for services related to leisure activities (e.g., events) if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, as permitted under applicable law.
If the withdrawal right is excluded for a specific event ticket, this will be indicated during checkout and/or in the event’s ticket terms.
6. Effects of withdrawal (where withdrawal applies)
If you withdraw from a contract where the withdrawal right applies:
-
We will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
-
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportional to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, where applicable under law.
7. Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
